PRIVATE EVENTS

In addition to our regular schedule of evensongs and other choral services in Oxford and abroad, the Choir is also available to sing private concerts for touring groups to Oxford and for special events.

The Choir is also no stranger to the big screen, having provided a backdrop for the famous death scene in Inspector Morse; and in January 2016, the Choir appeared in the new series of ITV’s Endeavour. Choral services at Exeter have been broadcast on BBC Radio 3, Radio 4, and ClassicFM.

The choir has also fostered a close association with the Oxford Philharmonia, the city's professional symphony orchestra, with whom they were invited to appear in an operatic gala concert given by world-renowned soprano Renée Fleming at the Sheldonian Theatre. In October 2017, the choir performed Bach’s cantata Nun Danket Alle Gott BWV 192 alongside the Oxford Bach Soloists, for an Evensong celebrating the 500th anniversary of the Reformation.
